Product Overview

The B&R X20BC8083 is an expandable POWERLINK bus controller for X20 stations requiring additional Fast Ethernet hub connections. The basic controller provides two RJ45 ports and supports up to two hub expansion modules.

Main Features

POWERLINK V1/V2 controlled-node operation.
Integrated two-port Fast Ethernet hub.
Expandable to four or six hub connections.
Support for up to two hub expansion modules.
100 Mbit/s transfer rate.
Minimum bus cycle time of 200 microseconds.
